MAGNA Sociedade de Advogados, S.P., R.L., formerly known as Manuel José Guerreiro e Associados, commenced its activity in 2006.

Following the growth of its client base and team, the firm relocated its offices to Torres Vedras. MAGNA established partnerships with foreign law firms and expanded its practice areas, including Employment Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Family and Succession Law, Commercial Law, Banking Law, and Insurance Law.

At the end of this year, the firm adopted a new identity, changing its name to MAGNA Sociedade de Advogados, S.P., R.L. This new brand reflects our ambition to continue meeting our clients’ challenges with the excellence and high standards that define us. By modernising our processes, embracing the digital environment, and redesigning our future, we continue to pursue our vision for sustained growth and development.
